Grateful for Pumpkin Dip

A new way to use pumpkin and a refreshing taste for dips.

1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 can (15 oz.) solid-pack pumpkin
3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar with pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla and ginger until fluffy.
Serve with vanilla wafers or cinnamon or plain graham crackers/sticks.
