Inquiring minds: Does your library offer notary services?

Each week the staff at the Roseville Library answers more than 2,500 questions on every subject under the sun. Here are some of the most interesting ones they’ve gotten lately.

Q.    Does your library offer notary services?

A.      The Ramsey County Library does not offer notary services. Most banks and insurance offices have notaries on staff. Depending on the number of pages involved, you may find that your own bank or insurance agent is willing to fax your material for free as a courtesy for your business. If not, you can find fee-based notary services listed in the phonebook.
