Area St. Olaf College students recognized at annual Honors Day

The following local residents were among more than 1,000 St. Olaf College students who were recognized for academic achievement at the college’s annual Honors Day convocation on May 3.

•  Allison Livingston of New Brighton, an Art History and Studio Art major
•  Alexander Quanbeck of New Brighton, an undeclared major
•  Zachary Rolfs of Arden Hills, a Chemistry major
•  Laura Schlotterback of Mounds View, a Political Science major

Honors Day recognizes students who have a cumulative grade point average of 3.60 or higher on a 4.0 scale. The convocation also recognizes students who have been awarded scholarships and fellowships, including Fulbright scholars, Goldwater scholars, and senior members of leadership and academic honor societies.
