Evelyn Vincent helps in more ways than one
Evelyn Vincent, an Oakdale resident for over 25 years, has twice contributed to the Ronald McDonald House. In total, Evelyn has donated over 100 coffee cans full of aluminum tabs. The money received by the Ronald McDonald House from these tabs is used to provide families a “home away from home” while their children are receiving treatment for cancer or another life-threatening illness. Evelyn’s hard work and dedication to this cause has not only helped these families, but has kept her neighborhood clean of unsightly discarded cans. Evelyn turns 90-years-young in July.
