An exciting way to introduce your child to the world of hockey! This program will teach the basics of hockey using fun games, activities and scrimmages in a positive environment. The location of this program will be Hilltop Elementary School. Child must be 4 years old at the start of the program.

To celebrate its 75th Anniversary, Saint Rose of Lima Catholic Church will host three-nights of Parish Mission Presentations on October 19th, 20th, and 21st, from 7:00-9:00 PM in the church, at 2090 Hamline Avenue North, Roseville.
The 4th annual all east side class reunion of Cretin, Harding, Hill Murray, Johnson and North St. Paul high schools will meet on Oct. 11 from 6 p.m. to midnight at the American Legion Club, 1135 Arcade St., St. Paul. The cost is $5 per person and there will be a cash bar. Joe Wagner's band, "The Arcades" will play music from the 50's 60's and 70's and dancing from 8 p.m. to midnight.

'On the Road Again' hosts Boucha, new mini train
While kicking back with a couple of "Hammies" beers after a successful rodeo in South St. Paul, Walt Books and his buddy Bob Yanz started brewing up another attraction to keep the small town on the map: a booya contest.
And it wasn't just going to be a local shindig. Books wanted it to be big. So big, he dubbed it the "World Championship Booya" in 1982, a name that eventually attracted national news coverage and an intense rivalry with other booya organizers — in particular, a Wisconsin newspaper columnist — over Books's claim that South St. Paul is the booya capital of the U.S.

Therapy OPS is a new children's therapy clinic serving the South Metro and is located in Inver Grove Heights. They offer Occupational, Physical, and Speech therapy for children. Come check out their location, which includes a motor room equipped with swings, a zip-line, and trampoline, as well as several themed treatment rooms. Therapy OPS will project the Vikings game on the big screen and have games and snacks for all who visit!
