   Join us for an evening of stories from our East African Women neighbors. In exploring tales of struggles and triumphants of womanhood and family, we see a glimpse of the east African culture in our Minnesota community. Tickets are $10 in advance or $15 at the door.

Christmas at the Monastery 12-06

   Christmas at the Monastery is the largest fundraiser for the Benedictine Sisters of St. Paul’s Monastery.  It features silent and live auctions, a Benedictine Bakery and Candy Shoppe, a tree with handmade ornaments and cards, and wine and gift card walls. The public is invited to come and celebrate the season with the Sisters in their beautiful monastery. Guests will be inspired by seasonal prayer and music and sample fabulous hors d’oeuvres and beverages.

St. Paul European Christmas Market 11-28 thru 11-30

   The West 7th Place corridor near Rice Park in Downtown St. Paul will transform into a European Christmas Market from Friday, Nov. 28 to Sunday, Nov. 30. The free three-day open-air Christmas Market features unique handmade goods from local crafters, artisans and vendors, as well as European inspired food, Glühwein (mulled wine), and new seasonal beers from local brewpub Great Waters Brewing Co.
