How to be present every moment 11-06

The Benedictine Center,  2675 Benet Road, Maplewood, is offering a workshop called “Holy moments: finding ways to be more present”  on Thursday, Nov. 6, from 7 to 9 p.m.  The cost is $25.

“It’s for anyone who wants to become more present to the people and experiences in their lives,” says Sam Rahberg, director of the center. “Participants will learn they don’t have to wait until the world quiets down to experience ‘holy moments.’ Instead, the moment before us is already made holy.”
