A large group of primarily youths beat and apparently shot at a 17-year-old boy and his friend in an aggravated robbery at about 7:30 p.m. Oct. 19 in South St. Paul, authorities say.

More crude graffiti reported in Mendota Heights; reward offered


A mailbox was vandalized recently in a spree that included vulgar and sexually explicit images and words scratched and spray-painted into vehicles and houses in Mendota Heights. A $500 is being offered for information. (Submitted photo)

An effort to nab vandals who spray-painted racial slurs, sexual images and expletives on vehicles, homes and mailboxes in June has been reinvigorated, due to yet another crude image splashed on a Mendota Heights home.
