Nearly 12 hours after a man was killed in a police-involved shooting the night of Oct. 9, an area in the Lowry Grove RV Park in St. Anthony where the shooting took place was still cordoned off by police tape.
Bullets, packed suitcase recovered during investigation
Hoffman is charged with one count of intentional second-degree murder. He appeared in Ramsey County District Court Sept. 12 in a bulletproof vest, and his bail was set at $2 million. His next court appearance is Oct. 3. The maximum sentence for second-degree murder is 40 years.
