Fabulous Fruit Salad

1 1/2 cups fat free plain yogurt
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Combine above and add
3 bananas
2 apples
1 lb. grapes
1 Tblsp. lemon juice

Mock Champagne

4 cups carbonated water
4 cups ginger ale
3 cups unsweetened white grape juice

Chill all ingredients overnight. Combine all into a large pitcher. Serve immediately
