Easing Chronic Pain Seminar: Strategies for Relief 7-30

Chronic pain is a common symptom of lupus and other chronic conditions, and is often debilitating. During this seminar, clinical nurse specialist Mary Beshara will focus on why we feel pain, how it travels through the body, and different strategies to manage it, such as reflexology, breath work, and relaxation techniques.
